Guide - Amazing Payment

HOW TO CREATE AN AMAZING PAYMENT MERCHANT ACCOUNT:


1 - Log into your Amazing Payment account with your Distributor IDs.
2 - Go to the « Access » category and then to « New Merchant ».
3 - Fill all the fields and confirm (Note: The ID to create must be a login). 
4 - Save the login and the temporary password displayed at the end of the registration process.
5 - Ask the account owner to log into the new account with the IDs given in the previous step.
6 - Ask the account owner to create a new password and to confirm.

 


 

LOG INTO YOUR AMAZING PAYMENT MERCHANT ACCOUNT (APP ACCESS):

 

 

1 - Launch the Amazing Payment app
2 - Enter your login, your password and confirm.

 


 

LOG INTO YOUR AMAZING PAYMENT MERCHANT ACCOUNT (WEB ACCESS):


1 - Go to https://m.amzpay.net
2 - Enter your login, your password and confirm.
 


 

SUBSCRIPTION TO THE « NEOSURF REDEEM COUPON » OPTION*:


1 - Go to the « Account » category and then to « Services ».
2 - Subscribe to « Neosurf Redeem Coupon ».
*Subscribe to this option once the Amazing Payment Merchant account has been validated (KYC).

 


 

CREATE AN AMAZING PAYMENT TELLER ACCOUNT:


1 - Go to the « Access » category and then to « Register a teller ».
2 - Fill all the fields and confirm. Note => Enter the type of ID you want among the following options:
a. Phone number: Enter the phone number to link with the Teller account (Note: the activation code and the temporary password will be sent by SMS).
b. Login: Create a login (Note: the temporary password will be displayed at the end of the registration process).
c. Email address: Enter the email to link with the Teller account (Note: the temporary password will be sent by email).

 


 

CHECK YOUR BALANCE AND YOUR COMMISSIONS:


1 - Go to the « Account » category.
2 - Go to « Dashboard » and check the balance displayed.

 


 

CHECK YOUR HISTORY:


1 - Go to the « Account » category.
2 - Go to « Last transactions » and check the history of your account.

 


 

CHECK YOUR PROFILE:

 


1 - Go to the « Account » category.
2 - Go to « My Profile » to check your account information.

 


 

CHANGE YOUR SETTINGS:


1 - Go to the « Account » category.
2 - Go to « Settings » and change your parameters.

 


 

CHANGE YOUR LANGUAGE:


1 - Go to the « Account » category and then to « Settings ».
2 - Go to « Language » and choose the right language.
 


 

HOW TO CONNECT A BLUETOOTH PRINTER:


1 - Go to the « Account » category and then to « Settings ».
2 - Go to « Printer » and push the designated button to start the connection.
3 - Turn on your bluetooth printer and go to « Scan for devices ».
4- Select your bluetooth printer on the list. 

 


 

RESET YOUR PASSWORD:

 


1 – Enter you account ID (Phone number, login or email) and confirm.
2 – Enter the validation code received by SMS.
3 – Enter the new password and confirm.

 


 

DELETE AN AMAZING PAYMENT TELLER ACCOUNT:

 

 

Contact the BDH Services Customer Care service.
